The general cooperation process is presented as follows so that you can cooperate more smoothly with us.

First, provide us with the design you would like to produce. We will then send you a textile swatch book and garment accessories for you to choose from. Once you have decided on the textile and garment accessories, we will proceed with patternmaking to create a sample. Upon your confirmation of the sample, we will move on to bulk production. There will be various details throughout the process which will be communicated to you by our sales representatives. Since all the above steps, including picking your textile and garment accessories, patternmaking and pattern amendments, bulk production and shipment can be time-consuming, it is recommended to reserve at least 90 days as an estimation of the shipment arrival date for our first cooperation.

Notes on minimum order amount/ Payment/ Shipment
Minimum order amount (MOQ)

The MOQ is 100 units for a single design, which can be in two colors and two sizes. The maximum order amount is 10000 units. (For example, you can order 25 S size units and 25 M size units in White, 25 S size units and 25 M size units in Black, and this will add up to a total of 100 units)

Professional Pattern making
A fee is charged for pattern making (the fee varies according to the design). Once you order from us, we will refund the pattern making fees.
Payment condition
30% down payment upon order, and the remaining 70% to be fully paid before shipment.
Difference in amount (Bulk)
A deviation in amount may occur during production, and a deviation of plus or minus 10% of your actual order amount is considered a normal range.
Free on Board (FOB), Shipment fee/ Freight will be borne by your party.
We can ship the product via the courier of your choice by ground freight. We also support air freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and ship freight (Matson). The shipping costs will be quoted on the day of shipment.
